CAMELLA CAUAYAN IS NOW OPEN
TO SERVE NEW HOMES FOR YOU

The city of Cauayan sits in the heart of the province of Isabela, the largest province in Luzon, and the site  of one of the world’s largest remaining low-altitude rainforests, fringed by mountains that rise to as high as 8,000 feet.  Irrigated by the country’s longest river, the Cagayan River, as well as the Siffu and Magat Rivers, Isabela is rife with fertile lands known for rice, corn, tobacco, hard wood, and other cash crops, and is the premier province of the north. Cauayan is its agro-industrial center, a key trade center of the province, as well as the commercial center of Region 2.

It is in that town where the third property development of Camella recently broke ground. Afterall, Camella works to continue its mission to build homes for Filipinos wherever they choose to live.
Life in a sanctuary

Location has always been one of Camella’s key considerations in developing properties. It sets up communities where people want to live, work, raise their families, and grow old.  Their communities are close to the facilities and services families need to live comfortably every day.  These include schools, places of work, transportation hubs, markets and commercial centers, and hospitals.

Its location close to central Isabela in Barangay Sillawit fits the bill perfectly.  Its 20 hectares lie on Cauayan’s rolling plains, a quick seven minutes to the Cauayan Airport and 15 minutes to the Cauayan Central Terminal by car.

A scenic 375 kilometers from Metro Manila, Cauayan has been pinpointed as the site for the proposed Isabela Special Economic Zone and the Regional Agro-industrial Growth Center.  This indicates that the progressive city is ready for an even bigger boom in business, creating even greater opportunities for its dwellers.

A pivotal transport point in Cagayan Valley, Cauayan allows for easy mobility to the nearby cities and provinces, as well as the rest of Luzon’s north.

With the Cagayan Valley Road (CVR) – the city’s longest concrete road – crossing central Cauayan, the city is linked to the rest of the province and region, as well as Region 1 in the north, and Region 3 in the south.

The Our Lady of the Pillar Church and its eponymous college are seven kilometers away from the gates, while Puregold, Mart One, Centro Mall, Talavera Square Mall, and the Cauayan Public Market are less than nine kilometers away.

For the homeowners’ medical needs, hospital are all within nine kilometers. Key business centers and government services are also nearby.
